This is a leadership role within the retail secured lending business, requiring a candidate who can drive business growth and manage operations at the location level.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the retail secured loan portfolio at the assigned location, ensuring targets are met while maintaining credit quality and customer satisfaction. The role demands strong people management skills, as the incumbent will be expected to lead and mentor a local sales and operations team.
- Drive disbursement targets for secured retail loan products
- Manage and develop the on-ground team at the Indore location
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and customers
- Monitor portfolio health and take corrective actions as required
