A prominent financial services organisation is looking for an experienced Location Manager – Retail Secured to join its team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a field-facing leadership role within the retail secured lending business.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the secured retail loan portfolio at the location level, overseeing sales operations, and driving business targets in the assigned geography.
- Business development and achievement of disbursement targets for secured retail products
- Team management and day-to-day supervision of the location's sales and operations staff
- Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
- Ensuring compliance with internal credit and risk policies throughout the loan origination process
