A prominent financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Location Manager – Retail Secured to lead and manage its retail secured lending business in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a field-facing leadership role responsible for driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence at the location level.
The selected candidate will be expected to manage end-to-end retail secured loan processes, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, and develop strong relationships with channel partners, direct customers, and key stakeholders in the local market.
