Location Manager – Retail Secured Lending

The employer is looking for a driven and experienced professional to join its Retail Secured lending team as a Location Manager in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role sits within the retail financial services business and focuses on managing secured loan products at the location level.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing business operations, driving disbursement targets, and managing a team of sales and credit professionals within the assigned location. The role demands strong leadership capabilities and a sound understanding of secured retail lending products such as home loans, loans against property, or similar offerings.

• Manage and grow the secured retail lending portfolio for the Indore location
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the local sales team
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and key stakeholders
• Track location-level business metrics and report to senior management

Candidates with relevant experience in retail secured lending, branch management, or location-level sales leadership in the BFSI sector are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of the local market in Indore and Madhya Pradesh will be an added advantage.
