The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the secured retail loan portfolio in the assigned geography. This includes overseeing sales operations, building relationships with channel partners, and ensuring targets are met consistently while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Drive disbursements and business volumes for secured retail products in the Indore market
- Manage and mentor a team of sales and operations professionals at the location
- Build and maintain strong relationships with connectors, DSAs, and other sourcing channels
- Ensure adherence to credit, compliance, and operational guidelines
