A prominent financial services organisation is looking to onboard a Location Manager – Retail Secured at its Indore office in Madhya Pradesh. This is a field-facing leadership role within the retail lending business, focused on managing secured loan products at the location level.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing business development, team management, and operational execution for the secured retail portfolio in the assigned geography. The role demands a strong understanding of secured lending products and the ability to drive disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Drive retail secured loan business in the Indore location
- Lead and manage a local sales and operations team
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
- Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies
- Monitor portfolio health and take corrective action where necessary
