About the role
The employer is looking for a driven and experienced professional to join its Retail Secured lending team as a Location Manager in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role is responsible for overseeing and growing the secured retail loan portfolio within the assigned location.
The selected candidate will be expected to manage end-to-end business operations for the retail secured segment, drive sales targets, and ensure strong customer acquisition and retention. Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and other sourcing networks will be a key part of the role.
- Lead and manage the retail secured lending business for the Indore location
- Drive disbursement targets and ensure portfolio quality
- Develop and nurture relationships with local channel partners and connectors
- Ensure compliance with internal credit and risk policies
- Recruit, guide, and monitor the performance of the local sales team
Candidates with a background in secured retail lending — such as home loans, loan against property, or similar products — and prior experience in a team leadership or location management role are encouraged to apply.
