Location Manager – Retail Secured Lending

The employer is looking for a driven and experienced professional to join its Retail Secured lending team as a Location Manager in Howrah, West Bengal. This is a branch-level leadership role focused on managing and growing the secured retail loan portfolio in the assigned geography.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business targets, managing a team of sales and operations staff, and ensuring smooth end-to-end processing of secured retail loan products. A strong understanding of secured lending — such as loans against property or home loans — along with hands-on experience in retail financial services, will be essential for success in this position.

• Lead and manage the retail secured lending business at the designated location
• Drive disbursement targets and maintain portfolio quality
• Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and direct customers
