A prominent financial services organisation is looking to onboard a Location Manager – Retail Secured at its Howrah, West Bengal office. This role sits within the retail secured lending business and carries responsibility for driving loan disbursements and managing the end-to-end sales process at the location level.
The selected candidate will be expected to lead a team of sales professionals, oversee daily operations, and ensure targets related to secured loan products are consistently met. Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, direct customers, and internal stakeholders will be central to the role.
- Manage and grow the retail secured loan portfolio at the assigned location
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the on-ground sales team
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with local connectors and direct sourcing channels
- Ensure adherence to credit, compliance, and operational guidelines
