Location Manager – Retail Secured Lending

The employer is looking for a Location Manager – Retail Secured to join its team in Howrah, West Bengal. This position sits within the retail secured lending business and carries responsibility for driving loan disbursements and managing branch-level operations in the assigned geography.

The selected candidate will be expected to oversee the end-to-end sales process for secured retail products, build relationships with channel partners and customers, and ensure targets are met consistently. The role also involves coordinating with internal credit, operations, and risk teams to maintain portfolio quality.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing the secured retail loan book in the Howrah location
• Leading and mentoring the local sales team to achieve disbursement targets
• Developing and maintaining relationships with direct selling agents and other sourcing channels
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
• Monitoring portfolio health and addressing delinquency at the location level
