Location Manager – Retail Secured Lending

The employer is hiring a Location Manager – Retail Secured to be stationed in Howrah, West Bengal. This position sits within the retail secured lending business and carries responsibility for managing day-to-day operations and business performance at the location level.

The selected candidate will be expected to drive secured retail loan disbursements, manage a local team, and ensure adherence to credit and compliance standards. Building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, direct sales agents, and customers will form a core part of the role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing the secured retail loan portfolio at the assigned location
• Leading and mentoring the on-ground sales and operations team
• Ensuring process compliance and credit quality across all transactions
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet business targets
