This position sits within the retail secured lending business and carries responsibility for managing day-to-day operations, sales performance, and customer acquisition at the location level.
The selected candidate will be expected to lead and motivate a team of sales and operations staff, ensure targets for secured loan products are consistently met, and maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
