Live-In Nanny / Governess

A worldschooling hub located in Canacona, Goa is looking for a dedicated and nurturing individual to join their team as a Live-In Nanny/Governess. This is a residential role, meaning the successful candidate will live on-site as part of the household and community.

The role combines traditional childcare responsibilities with a governess-style educational support function, suited to the worldschooling philosophy — an approach to learning that integrates real-world experiences, travel, and self-directed education in place of or alongside conventional schooling.

Candidates who are passionate about child development, comfortable with alternative education models, and adaptable to a community-oriented living arrangement are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in childcare, early childhood education, or a related field would be an advantage.
