Live-In Nanny / Governess

A worldschooling community hub located in Canacona, Goa is looking for a committed and nurturing individual to join their team as a Live-In Nanny/Governess. This is a residential role embedded within a unique educational setting that blends childcare with experiential and self-directed learning principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day care, supervision, and educational support of children within the hub. Working closely with families and educators, the role requires someone who is adaptable, patient, and genuinely passionate about child development in non-traditional learning environments.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Providing attentive daily care and supervision of children
• Supporting and facilitating learning activities aligned with worldschooling philosophies
• Maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
• Collaborating with parents and community members on children's developmental needs
