About the role
The employer is looking for a dedicated and alert Lifeguard to join their team in Hospet, Karnataka. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all guests using the aquatic facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Continuously monitoring the pool and surrounding areas to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety
- Responding promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid when required
- Enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines for all guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in and around the aquatic facility
The ideal candidate will be a strong swimmer with a calm, vigilant temperament and the ability to act decisively under pressure. Prior experience in a similar role and relevant lifeguarding or first-aid certification would be advantageous.
