About the role
The employer is seeking a responsible and attentive Lifeguard to join their team in Hospet, Karnataka. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for maintaining a safe aquatic environment for all guests using the pool facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Continuously monitoring the pool area to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests
- Enforcing pool rules and safety regulations at all times
- Responding promptly and effectively to aquatic emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid when required
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area and surrounding facilities
- Reporting any safety hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues to the relevant supervisor
The ideal candidate will have a calm and alert demeanour, strong swimming ability, and a genuine commitment to guest safety. Prior experience in a similar role and a valid lifeguard or first aid certification would be an advantage.
