The employer is looking for a responsible and vigilant Lifeguard to join their team in Hospet, Karnataka. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe aquatic environment for all guests using the pool facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Continuously monitoring the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety
- Responding promptly and effectively to emergencies, including performing rescues and administering first aid when required
- Enforcing pool rules and guidelines to maintain a safe and orderly environment
- Keeping the pool area clean, organised, and hazard-free at all times
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, attentive, and calm under pressure. Prior experience in a similar role along with relevant lifeguarding certifications would be an advantage. Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude are essential for success in this position.
