Key responsibilities include:
- Continuously monitoring the pool and surrounding areas to prevent accidents
- Responding promptly and effectively to emergencies and providing first aid when required
- Enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines among guests
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area
The ideal candidate should be a strong swimmer with a calm, alert temperament and the ability to act decisively under pressure. Prior experience in a similar role and a valid lifeguard certification would be advantageous.
