Learning Experience Leader

TaskUs is looking for a Learning Experience Leader to join its team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This position is central to shaping how employees learn, grow, and develop their skills within the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing learning programmes that align with business goals and enhance workforce capability. A strong background in learning and development, instructional design, or training leadership is expected.

• Lead and manage end-to-end learning experience initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and knowledge gaps
• Develop engaging and effective learning content and delivery methods
• Measure and report on the impact of learning programmes
