Learning Experience Leader

TaskUs is looking for a Learning Experience Leader to join its team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This position is responsible for leading and shaping the learning and development function to support organisational growth and employee capability building.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in designing and delivering effective learning experiences, fostering a culture of continuous development across teams. Strong leadership, communication, and instructional design skills are expected in this role.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Leading the end-to-end learning experience strategy for the location
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps
• Designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programmes and curricula
• Mentoring and guiding learning professionals within the team
