About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition – South to join its human resources function. The individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for the southern region, partnering closely with business leaders to meet hiring goals effectively and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in talent sourcing, stakeholder management, and employer branding, with a demonstrated ability to attract high-quality professionals across functions. Experience working within the financial services or BFSI sector will be an advantage.
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for the South region
- Collaborate with business heads and HR business partners to understand workforce requirements
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through diverse sourcing channels
- Track and report on key hiring metrics to ensure timely closures
