A leading financial services conglomerate is seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for its southern region operations.
About the role
The employer is looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional to take ownership of hiring across its southern region. The individual in this role will be responsible for building and executing recruitment strategies that attract high-quality candidates across business functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment: Managing the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination
- Stakeholder management: Partnering closely with business leaders and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and deliver on talent requirements
- Sourcing strategy: Leveraging multiple channels — job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies — to build robust talent pipelines
- Data and reporting: Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates on hiring progress against targets
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, large-scale organisation, along with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously. Prior exposure to the financial services sector would be an advantage.
