About the role
The employer is looking for a driven and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition – South to join its Human Resources function. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for the southern region, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and onboard top talent.
The selected candidate will be expected to develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. A strong understanding of the financial services sector and regional talent markets will be a key advantage in this role.
- Own end-to-end recruitment for the southern region
