A leading financial services conglomerate is seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for its southern region operations, based out of Gujarat.
About the role
The employer is looking for a seasoned talent acquisition leader to manage and execute full-cycle hiring for its South region. The role demands a strategic yet hands-on professional capable of partnering with business stakeholders to meet workforce requirements efficiently and at scale.
The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across functions, while continuously refining recruitment processes to improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-fill. Building strong pipelines for critical and niche roles will be a key expectation.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for the South region
- Partner with business heads and HR business partners to forecast and fulfil hiring needs
- Drive sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, referrals, and direct search
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to senior leadership
