About the role
The employer is seeking a seasoned Lead Talent Acquisition – South to join their Human Resources team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for the South region, partnering closely with business leaders to attract and onboard top talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end talent acquisition for the South region, from requisition to offer rollout
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels
- Collaborating with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce requirements and define candidate profiles
- Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular reporting to stakeholders
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the financial services or BFSI sector, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing techniques is expected.
