A leading financial services conglomerate is seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for its southern region operations, based out of Gujarat.
About the role
The employer is looking for a seasoned talent acquisition leader to oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for its South region. The role demands a strategic thinker who can build robust hiring pipelines, partner closely with business stakeholders, and deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent across various functions and levels, while continuously refining recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Experience in managing high-volume as well as niche hiring mandates will be a key advantage.
