A leading financial services conglomerate is seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for its southern region operations.
About the role
The employer is looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional to take ownership of hiring activities across its southern region. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across business functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment: Managing the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Stakeholder management: Partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely hiring outcomes
- Talent pipeline development: Building and maintaining proactive pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Employer branding: Representing the organisation at recruitment events and on professional platforms to strengthen its presence as an employer of choice in the region
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within a large, fast-paced organisation, along with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Prior exposure to financial services or BFSI sector hiring would be an advantage.
