A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for its South region operations.
About the role
The employer is looking for a seasoned talent acquisition leader to manage and strengthen hiring processes across its South region. The successful candidate will be responsible for building robust recruitment pipelines, partnering with business stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across the South region
- Collaborating closely with business heads and HR business partners to understand workforce requirements
- Developing and executing sourcing strategies across multiple channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Tracking and reporting on key hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within the financial services or related sector, strong stakeholder management skills, and a data-driven approach to recruitment. Prior exposure to high-volume as well as niche hiring will be an advantage.
