About the role
The employer is looking for a driven and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition – South to join its Human Resources team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for the southern region, partnering closely with business leaders to fulfil hiring mandates efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in talent acquisition within the financial services or BFSI sector, with a demonstrated ability to source, assess, and onboard high-quality talent at scale. Experience in stakeholder management and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment will be essential for success in this role.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for the southern region
- Partner with business heads and HR business partners to understand hiring requirements
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics and hiring progress
