A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for its South region operations.
About the role
The employer is looking for a driven and experienced Lead Talent Acquisition – South to join its Human Resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across the South region, partnering closely with business leaders to fulfil hiring needs efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Owning end-to-end talent acquisition for the South region, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and campus engagement
- Collaborating with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates within agreed timelines
- Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement in hiring outcomes
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in high-volume and lateral hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of the talent landscape in the South region. Prior experience in the financial services or BFSI sector will be an added advantage.
