About the role
The employer is looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional to take ownership of hiring across the South region. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders and HR teams to attract and onboard top-quality talent.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- End-to-end recruitment management for the South region across business verticals
- Stakeholder collaboration with senior leadership and HR business partners to understand hiring needs
- Sourcing strategy development using multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and talent networks
- Candidate experience management throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and a positive journey
- Data-driven hiring by tracking key recruitment metrics and reporting on pipeline health
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within a large, complex organisation, preferably in financial services. Strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously, and a deep understanding of regional hiring dynamics are essential for success in this role.
