- Stakeholder collaboration with business heads and HR business partners to understand workforce requirements
- Talent pipeline development through proactive sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Data-driven hiring by tracking recruitment metrics and delivering insights to improve hiring efficiency
