Lead Talent Acquisition – South

The employer is looking for a seasoned talent acquisition professional to take ownership of hiring strategies and processes for the South region. The role requires a proactive individual who can partner closely with business leaders to fulfil workforce requirements efficiently and at scale.

Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end recruitment: Managing the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
• Stakeholder management: Collaborating with business heads and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent pipelines.
• Sourcing strategy: Leveraging multiple channels — job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies — to attract top candidates.
• Data and reporting: Tracking recruitment metrics and presenting insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in talent acquisition within a large, fast-paced organisation, along with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
