A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Lead Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for its South region operations.
About the role
The employer is looking for a seasoned talent acquisition leader to manage and strengthen its hiring function for the South region. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with business stakeholders to fulfil workforce requirements efficiently and at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes across business verticals for the South region
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Collaborating with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires
- Tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the financial services or BFSI sector, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Prior exposure to high-volume and lateral hiring will be an advantage.
