About the role
A leading natural resources company is looking for a Lead – Data & AI to join its team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is a senior individual-contributor or team-lead role focused on advancing the organisation's data and artificial intelligence capabilities.
The successful candidate will be expected to own and deliver end-to-end data and AI solutions, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Design, develop, and deploy data pipelines, machine-learning models, and AI-driven solutions
- Define and uphold best practices for data engineering, model governance, and MLOps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the natural resources business to identify high-impact use cases
- Mentor junior data professionals and contribute to building a strong data culture within the organisation
