In this role, the individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation structures and employee benefits programs. This includes benchmarking roles against market data, supporting annual salary review cycles, and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory requirements.

- Lead the design and administration of compensation and benefits policies
