Lady Guard – Security Personnel

We are seeking dedicated and vigilant Lady Guards to join our professional security team across residential complexes, corporate offices, shopping malls, hospitals, and educational institutions. As a Lady Guard, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and employees, ensuring the safety and security of people and premises at all times. This role is specifically designed to meet the growing demand for female security personnel across India's expanding private and public sector establishments.

The Lady Guard plays a critical role in conducting frisking and physical checks of female visitors and staff members in compliance with security protocols, a responsibility that requires sensitivity, professionalism, and firm adherence to guidelines. You will work closely with a broader security team under the supervision of a Security Supervisor or Shift In-charge, contributing to a safe and orderly environment for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough frisking and baggage checks of female visitors, employees, and students as per established security procedures at entry and exit points.
• Monitor access control systems, visitor registers, and entry passes to prevent unauthorized entry into the premises.
• Patrol assigned areas regularly to detect suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches and report them immediately to the supervisor.
• Assist in managing crowd control during peak hours, events, festivals, or emergency situations on the premises.
• Operate CCTV monitoring equipment and report any unusual activity observed on surveillance footage to the concerned authority.
• Maintain accurate records of daily occurrence reports, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by the management.
• Provide courteous assistance and directions to visitors, residents, and staff while upholding the professional image of the organization.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations including fire, medical incidents, or security threats and coordinate with emergency services when required.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th Pass (SSC) from a recognized board; 12th Pass preferred.
• Age between 20 to 45 years; relaxation applicable for ex-servicewomen and candidates with prior security experience.
• Valid Private Security Guard License issued under the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act (PSARA), 2005, or willingness to obtain the same before joining.
• Minimum height of 157 cm and good physical fitness with no major medical conditions.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi or the local regional language; English communication skills are an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Prior experience in security services, NCC, home guards, or defence background will be given preference.
