Junior Consultant – Ophthalmology

About the role
The employer is looking for a qualified Junior Consultant to support its ophthalmology department. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality eye care to patients and contributing to the overall clinical operations of the hospital.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient examinations and managing ophthalmic cases
- Assisting senior consultants in clinical procedures and surgeries
- Maintaining accurate patient records and follow-up documentation
- Participating in outpatient department (OPD) activities and ward rounds
Candidates must hold a recognised medical qualification in ophthalmology (such as MS Ophthalmology or DNB) and be registered with the relevant medical council. Prior clinical experience in an eye care setting will be an advantage.
