  • 0–3 years of experience in electrical operations or maintenance within a thermal, hydro, solar, or gas-based power plant environment; freshers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Sound theoretical and practical knowledge of electrical systems, protection schemes, HT/LT switchgear, and power distribution networks.
  • Familiarity with SCADA systems, DCS platforms, and electrical testing instruments such as meggers, earth testers, and power quality analyzers is an added advantage.
  • Valid Electrical Supervisor Certificate of Competency issued by the relevant State Electrical Inspectorate is preferred or must be obtained upon joining.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a shift-based operational environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage depending on plant location.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package in line with industry standards, with performance-based annual increments and incentives.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and immediate family members, along with group personal accident insurance.
