We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Job Bidder to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying relevant project opportunities across leading freelance and outsourcing platforms, crafting compelling bid proposals, and securing new business contracts for the organization. The ideal candidate possesses excellent written communication skills, a strong understanding of client requirements, and the ability to position our services competitively in a dynamic marketplace. Key Responsibilities

  • Browse and monitor freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and PeoplePerHour on a daily basis to identify suitable project opportunities aligned with company capabilities.
  • Write customized, persuasive, and professional bid proposals tailored to each client's specific project requirements and expectations.
  • Analyze project descriptions thoroughly to understand client needs, budget constraints, and timelines before submitting bids.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication with potential clients to address queries, negotiate terms, and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and creative teams to gather accurate information, timelines, and pricing details required for proposal preparation.
  • Track and maintain a detailed record of all submitted bids, client interactions, and conversion outcomes using CRM tools or internal tracking systems.
  • Develop and refine bidding strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and previous bid performance data.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for bids submitted, client responses, and projects awarded.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in online bidding, business development, or a similar client-facing role within a digital services or IT company.
  • Proven hands-on experience working with major freelance platforms and a demonstrated track record of successfully winning projects.
  • Exceptional written English communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive proposals without grammatical errors.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate project opportunities and align them with organizational strengths and service offerings.
  • Familiarity with digital services such as web development, mobile app development, graphic design, digital marketing, or content writing is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple bids simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
