About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join their team in Surat, Gujarat. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them toward suitable jewellery purchases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively promoting and selling jewellery products to walk-in and prospective customers
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the jewellery range, including design, material, and pricing
- Achieving individual and team sales targets consistently
The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a genuine interest in jewellery or luxury retail. Prior experience in jewellery or retail sales will be an advantage.
