IT Recruiter Trainer (Remote)

This is a remote opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT recruitment and talent acquisition training. The selected candidate will be responsible for building the skills and capabilities of recruiting teams operating in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor IT recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and end-to-end recruitment processes
• Develop training materials and programmes tailored to technology hiring practices
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to recruitment staff
• Stay current with trends in IT talent acquisition to ensure training content remains relevant

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in IT recruitment, either as a recruiter or in a training and enablement capacity
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and the technology hiring landscape
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
