A leading technology services company is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team on a fully remote basis. The role is open to candidates located anywhere in India and focuses on sourcing and hiring skilled technology professionals.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles. This includes sourcing candidates through multiple channels, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Source and attract qualified IT professionals through job boards, social networks, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular pipeline updates
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical openings
