About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for IT and technology positions
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job briefing through to offer acceptance
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of tech talent across relevant disciplines
- Coordinating interviews and providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
