About the role
An established technology services organisation is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team on a fully remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technology professionals across various disciplines, supporting the company's ongoing hiring needs in India and potentially across other markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination
- Identifying and engaging qualified IT professionals through job boards, social platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of technology candidates for current and future roles
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in recruiting for technology roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with IT roles and the Indian technology talent market is highly valued.
