About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team on a fully remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and attracting IT professionals through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate interviews to assess technical fit and culture alignment
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Building and nurturing a strong talent network within the Indian technology market
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT or technical recruitment, a solid understanding of technology roles and skill sets, and excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously is essential.
