Interview Support Executive

HirePeaks Consulting is looking for a motivated Interview Support Executive to join their team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The individual in this role will play a key part in ensuring smooth execution of interview and recruitment coordination activities.

The Interview Support Executive will be responsible for assisting in the end-to-end interview process, coordinating between candidates and hiring teams, and ensuring timely communication at every stage of the recruitment cycle.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels
• Provide administrative and operational support throughout the interview process
• Maintain accurate records of interview schedules, outcomes, and candidate status
• Communicate proactively with candidates to ensure a positive experience
