International Voice Process Executive

The employer is looking for motivated individuals to join its International Voice Process team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a customer-facing role that requires clear communication with international clients over the phone.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing voice-based interactions with customers, addressing queries, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery in an international process environment.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Handling inbound and/or outbound calls for international customers
• Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Meeting defined quality and productivity benchmarks

Candidate profile:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English
• Prior experience in an international voice process is an advantage
• Willingness to work in rotational or night shifts as required by international process timings
