Information Technology Recruiter

Centillion Infotech is looking for a motivated Information Technology Recruiter to join its team in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled technology professionals across various IT disciplines.

In this position, the recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer negotiations. A strong understanding of IT roles and the technology talent landscape is essential to succeed in this position.

• Source and screen candidates for a range of IT positions
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment records
• Conduct interviews and assess technical and cultural fit
• Facilitate smooth onboarding handoffs for selected candidates
