Information Technology Recruiter

Centillion Infotech is looking for a motivated Information Technology Recruiter to join its team in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled IT talent to meet the organisation's growing requirements.

In this position, the recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles. This includes sourcing candidates through various channels, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Source and engage qualified IT professionals through job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate pipelines
• Build and nurture a strong talent pool for current and future IT hiring needs
